In the research phase of new products, every aspect is important and must be thoroughly evaluated. With 17 years of experience in the production of hydraulic rotary distributors and electric manifolds, we are able to research, test, and manufacture special components of special materials for specific purposes. In addition, we also directly handle the precision machining, painting, and surface treatment of the rotary distributor based on customer instructions and the best performance results obtained during the testing phase. The results must be excellent from all angles, including aesthetic perspectives. That's why we invest time and maximum attention into every detail.
Before putting the new model into production, it is necessary to ensure that it can withstand any usage conditions without damage or failure, and fully comply with current regulations.
Our internal laboratory is equipped with equipment for conducting all simulations and obtaining national and EU approvals for all tests required, providing complete reports on prototype behavior.
According to ISO 1632 standard: detect contamination inside the product.
According to the ISO 13255 standard, perform close line (positive and negative pressure) testing on the product to ensure its reliability and safety.
According to ISO 7751 standard, destructive testing is conducted on the product to ensure that it is within the maximum range of usage limits.
Conduct strict rotational fatigue tests on the product to demonstrate and inspect the reliability of the relevant components inside the product, in order to achieve various design indicators.
Perform a final performance test on each product with 1.5 times the required working parameters to ensure its reliability and stability after leaving the factory.
Calculate the MTTFd values and related verifications for each pipeline of the product according to ISO 13849-1 standard.
